What to write to us about
Email is the only way to contact us; there is no phone line or office for visitors. Write to [email protected] about:
- Corrections. If a page states something wrong, such as a bonus term, a payment method or a betting calculation, tell us which page and what you saw. Send the page URL, a screenshot and the date you saw it; that lets us check faster.
- Outdated terms. 1win changes bonuses, cashier methods and limits from time to time. If its site now shows something different from our page, tell us and we will re-check it.
- Partnerships, advertising and feedback on our guides, including questions a page left unanswered.
What we cannot do
We are an independent guide with no access to 1win accounts or systems, so we cannot:
- log in to your account, reset your password or unblock it;
- make, find or cancel a deposit or withdrawal;
- check or speed up identity verification;
- settle a bet, change a result or reverse a bet slip;
- close your account or set limits on it.

When to expect a reply
Messages are read by the editors who maintain the pages. We are a small team and cannot promise a fixed reply time, but corrections that affect money, such as a wrong limit or wagering term, are checked first.
