How to Withdraw from 1win: Verification, Methods and Delays

The site itself does not list the required documents or the check time on the verification screen. The details below come from two sources: the Terms, and a 1win support chat on 07.10.2026.

Identity document

Support told us that 1win accepts a passport, a driver’s licence or a residence permit. As general advice for any document check, not a rule 1win publishes, upload a clear photo with all four corners visible and no glare, and make sure the details on it match what you entered on the account.

Proof of address

Clause 4.4.3 of the Terms asks for a utility bill or a bank statement not older than 3 months. If no utility bill is in your own name, a recent statement from your bank app is the other option the clause allows. Check the date before uploading; an older statement falls outside the clause.

How long the check takes

Support said the document check takes 24–72 hours. That is a guide to how long the verification of your documents may take. It is not a payout time, and it is not a promise that money arrives within that window. After verification, the withdrawal request itself still has to be submitted and processed.

After verification, the sequence below follows what the site shows and states; the form itself was not visible to us.

1. Sign in and press Withdraw. If verification is still open, finish it first.
2. Choose one of the payout routes the site states: a wallet, Paystack, Flutterwave or a Nigerian Visa card.
3. Enter the amount and your account or wallet details. We could not see this form, because it opens only after verification; expect it to show the minimum and maximum for your method, since they are not published anywhere else.
4. Confirm the request and note the time and amount.
5. Track it in your profile. While a request is pending, you can still cancel it (see below).

Card and processor differences

The card route for withdrawals is listed as Visa (Nigerian cards); Mastercard and Verve are named for deposits, not in the withdrawal list the site states. And the deposit side has more Paystack and Flutterwave variants than the payout side, so the route you paid in with may not have an identical twin for cashing out. Support told us that a withdrawal can be cancelled in the profile under “Details” by pressing the “X” next to the amount while its status is still “pending”. Support described this option only for pending requests, so act quickly if you notice a wrong wallet number or amount.

When a payout is slow

• Confirm verification is complete. An open document request blocks the payout itself.
• If you used a bonus, check whether the wagering is finished and whether the bonus withdrawal limit applies.
• As a general precaution, use a wallet or bank account in your own name; the site does not publish a rule on this, but it avoids questions.
• Keep the request time, amount and method, plus screenshots of the status.
